I woke up 9 today. Joyce woke up earlier than me. We took our bath, then had our breakfast together. We ate our cereal and milk that we bought a day before. Today we planned to go to the city center to use the wi-fi.
Murilo wanted to come too, but he just woke up. So Joyce and I went first to the city center. As usual, we had to cross the forest haha.
We arrived at the city center after 15-20 minutes in the bus. When we got out the bus, I told Joyce about the cathedral. It was near our bus stop, so we decided to come to the cathedral first. Well I saw something different at the cathedral. It was really crowded. Then I found out that they were doing the demonstration. Later, someone told me that they're teachers. But I'm not sure about their reasons.
We spent about 5 minutes there, then we decided to go to the coffee shop to work. Then after about 20 minutes, Murilo came with Youssef, and we did our work there.
Well the internet connection was really slow there, and we were so hungry. So we decided to go to the Mc Donald to eat and do our works. I bought a combo : a big mac, a cup of hot tea, some french fries, and barbecue sauce.
When we were doing our work, Murilo received a message from Eimantas that Zuzana would arrive soon, at 17.50. So Joyce, Youssef, and I decided to pick her up. Murilo didn't come because he had to pay for the bus (he doesn't have the international student card, so he doesn't have the student price), and he had to finish his presentations.
So we went to the airport. That was pretty hard to find the bus stop, but luckily, a woman helped us. I really thank her for that. We arrived at about 17.30, then we waited there until Zuzana came.
We took Zuzana to the city center to get her cards done, then we all gathered at the Mc Donald again (with Murilo), then we went to Can Can Pizza to have our dinner.
The price there doesn't make sense. For a small pizza, they charge 7.69 Litas. For a medium pizza, they charge about 12 Litas. Then for a medium pizza plus pepsi they charge 9.99 Litas. It doesn't make sense hahaha. So I bought something like pizza (but it's not pizza), for 10.99 Litas. That was so big (it has a diameter of 25 cm). Murilo ordered the same thing as mine, and the others ordered a medium pizza (with a 30 cm diameter) plus pepsi. The food was too much for us hahaha.
We went to the supermarket after we finished our dinner. We decided to buy some ingredients because we wanted to cook our meals (to save the money). We boutght some pasta, the sauce, some snacks, etc. We're gonna share that (maybe) tomorrow.
After we finished, we went to a shopping mall to cut Youssef's sim card, then we got back to the dorm. Once again, Murilo had to carry Zuzana's luggage through the forest hahaha.
We arrived at our dorm and do our stuffs, until someone knocked my door. That was Eimantas! And he was with Derrick! A new intern (again) from Mexico.

Pagi ini gue bangun jam 9 pagi dan Joyce udah bangun duluan. Joyce ini kayanya punya banyak banget krem wajah. Kemaren waktu gue lagi bikin presentasi, dia ngolesin krem. Terus sesudah gue mandi, dia masih ngolesin krem. Terus pas gue lagi bangun, dia lagi ngoles krem (lagi) hahaha. Oke back to topic. Jadi kita siap-siap pagi ini. Kita sarapan sereal yang kita beli kemaren. Pagi ini kita berencana buat pergi ke city center dan pake internet di sana.
Tadi pagi Murilo bilang dia mau ikut karena dia juga butuh internet. Tapi tadi pagi dia baru bangun. Jadi gue sama Joyce pergi duluan. Seperti biasa, kita harus lewat hutan dulu.
Kita sampe di city center setelah sekitar 15-20 menit di bis. Terus kita turun, dan gue ngasih tau Joyce kalo di deket sana ada Cathedral. Joyce bilang dia mau liat, jadi kita ke sana dulu sebentar. Nah hari ini ada yang lain dari biasanya. Cathedral penuh banget. Banyak orang pegang spanduk dan papan gitu. Ternyata di sana lagi ada demo. Katanya sih guru-guru gitu lagi pada demo. Tapi gue ga tau kenapa mereka demo.
Kita di sana sekitar 5 menit, lalu kita balik ke coffee shop. Terus sesudah sekitar 20 menit, Murilo dateng bareng sama Youssef. Mereka juga mau kerja di sana.
Kebetulan tadi koneksi internet di sana lagi lambat banget, dan kita lagi laper banget. Jadi kita memutuskan buat pindah tempat ke Mc Donald. Di sana gue pesen combo gitu : big mac, teh panas, kentang goreng, sama saus barbecue. Harganya 15.2 Litas. Lumayan mahal. Hmm di sana juga kita pake internetnya Mc Donald. Untungnya lumayan kenceng sih hahaha.
Setelah beberapa jam kita kerja, Murilo dapet sms dari Eimantas. Eimantas bilang kalo Zuzana bakal sampe di airport jam 17.50. Jadi gue, Joyce, sama Youssef memutuskan buat dateng jemput dia ke airport. Murilo ga ikut karena dia harus bayar kalau mau naik bus (karena dia ga punya kartu pelajar internasional dan karena dia ga pesen kartu khusus biar bisa naik bus unlimited. Selain itu, dia juga belum selesai bikin presentasi dia. Jadi, dia diem di Mc Donald.
Gue, Joyce, dan Youssef akhirnya pergi dan nyari bus stop. Agak susah sih, tapi untung ada orang sana yang baik banget dan mau nganter kita sampe bus stop. Bener-bener bersyukur banget karena banyak orang-orang sini yang peduli sama turis gembel semacem gue hahaha. Jadi, singkat cerita, gue sampe di airport sekitar jam 17.30, lalu nunggu sampe Zuzana keluar.
Setelah itu, kita bawa Zuzana ke city center buat ngurusin kartu-kartu dia, lalu kita semua ngumpul di Mc Donald (termasuk Murilo). Terus sesudah ngumpul, kita pergi ke tempat lain buat makan malem. Nama tempatnya Can Can Pizza.
Harga pizza di sana agak ga masuk akal sih. Buat sebuah pizza kecil, harganya sekitar 7.69 Litas. Sebuah pizza sedeng sekitar 12 Litas kalau ga salah. Lalu, paket pizza medium plus pepsi harganya 9.99 Litas. Ga masuk akal banget hahaha. Jadi, gue memutuskan buat pesen makanan sejenis pizza dengan diameter 25 cm (tapi bukan pizza) seharga 10.99 Litas (Murilo juga pesen ini). Sesudah kita beres makan, kita pergi ke supermarket dan beli bahan-bahan buat masak. Kita memutuskan buat masak karena buat makan di restoran, kita harus banyak keluar duit. Jadi tadi kita beli pasta dan segala perlengkapanny adi supermarket.
Setelah itu, kita pergi ke shopping mall buat motong sim cardnya Youssef, lalu pulang ke dorm. Dan tentu saja, Murilo ngebawain koper Joyce melewati hutan hahaha.
Ga lama, kita akhirnya sampe di dorm. Lalu kita ngerjain kerjaan masing-masing, sampe akhirnya Zuzana tidur dan Joyce setengah sadar. Terus, ga lama, ada yang ngetok pintu kita. Oh ternyata Eimantas. Dan dia bawa intern dari Mexico ke kamar, namanya Derrick.
