Hello Joyce and Youssef!

This morning I woke up at 9, and Murilo was still sleeping. Earlier I saw him sleeping with his lovely laptop. And he didn't wake up until 12 PM hahaha.

So we had our milk from earlier, and Murilo had his cereal bar that he bought from Romania. So first, I took the milk from the fridge and tasted it. Well you know what. That milk WAS NOT normal. I bought the wrong thing AGAIN. The milk tastes weird : sour, a little bit salty, and it's lumpy. I think I won't drink that anymore lol. And about Murilo's cereal bar, that was delicious. And he said it's super cheap. Well if I were him, maybe I'd buy dozens of cereal bars haha.

For us, the cereal bar was didn't feel like a real breakfast. So we went to the closest kebab shop near our dorm (it's the one and only shop, so we had no choice) and bought a kebab for 6.5 Litas. That was okay, especially because we were extremely hungry.

So after that we went to the bus stop and took a bus to the airport to pick Joyce up. She arrived at 2.10 PM. No one knew about the gate actually. But luckily, Armanda made a form earlier, about our arrival time. So, case closed, we found that out.

Joyce's luggage is kinda big, and it's about 21 kilos. We went to the city center to change her money (with her big luggage). Thanks to the boys who brought the luggage haha.

Then we went back to our dorm to drop her luggage. The boys worked really hard to bring the luggage. Especially because we had to cross the forest first to get to our dorm.

We had no time to do anything else because we had to go back to the city center to meet up with Evelina. She had to give the sim card and the transportation card to Joyce. Beside that, we wanted to have dinner together. We decided to have our dinner at La Crepe. It was located in a shopping mall, so I thought it would be expensive (the view was really great up there). But it's not!! I only paid 5 Litas for my pizza. Well maybe I'll come back there soon.

When we had our dinner, Evelina gave the cards to Joyce, and she also gave Murilo a "present". She gave Murilo a brazilian flag (we're gonna need that for our global village). Well that was a right moment because Murilo would watch the world cup after that (Brazil vs Mexico). And he was really happy.

Our dorm doesn't have any internet connection, so we need to go to a coffee shop to use the internet. So after we finished our dinner, we decided to go to a coffee shop and work there.

Ah and Evelina did an interview with a Pakistan girl who studies in Romania. She applied to be an intern here since the guy from Egypt (he supposed to be an intern too) will not come due to his visa problem.

We were there until 22.45, then Evelina went back home. Joyce and I decided to go to the supermarket since we need to buy something for our breakfast. We bought milk, yogurts, hams, buns, and cereals. Well I bought the milk with the same brand like earlier. You know what, the shopkeeper told me that the milk I bought yesterday is the "old milk" (Kefyras), and I supposed to take the normal milk (Pienas). Hahaha it's hard to buy things here since everything is written in Lithuanian.

We went back to our dorm after that, took a shower, and I did my work (again). Then at 00.30, Murilo came back with Darius, an AIESECer that lives in the same dorm with us (room number 1116b), and Youssef, an intern from Morroco that just arrived (I'm not sure about his name pronounciation). So now there're 5 interns here : Wendy, Murilo, Joyce, Youssef, and I. Still waiting for the others! hahaha

Pagi ini gue bangun jam 9 pagi, dan Murilo masih tidur. Dia kemarin ini tidur dengan laptop masih di tangan, dan dia baru bangun jam 12 siang. Itu pun gue bangunin lol

Jadi, kemarin ini kita udah beli susu dan rencananya mau diminum pagi-pagi. Murilo juga bawa cereal bar dari Romania. Jadi, pertama-tama gue ambil dulu susu di kulkas. Terus gue minum. Rasanya aneh. Ga normal. Kentel, asem, agak asin. Rasanya kaya keju, tapi cair. Hmm bisa dibilang rasanya agak kaya susu basi juga sih. Bisa juga dibilang kaya yogurt. Yah gitu deh. Intinya gue salah beli LAGI. Nah untungnya, cereal bar yang dikasih Murilo enak. Dan kata dia murah banget itu cereal bar. Kalo gue jadi dia sih mungkin gue bakal beli berlusin-lusin buat oleh-oleh kali yah hahaha.

Cereal bar kalo satu doang sih kaga bikin kenyang. Jadi kita beli kebab lagi di bawah. Di daerah sini cuma ada satu kios doang yang jual makanan, jadi kita ga ada pilihan lain. Agak aneh sih, ini daerah universitas dan dorm, tapi ga ada yang jual makanan hahaha. Tadi 1 kebab tuh harganya 6.5 Litas. Hmm rasanya oke lah, not bad. Apalagi gue udah laper banget hahaha.

Terus, sesudah itu, kita pergi ke bus stop dan naik bus menuju ke airport buat jempu Joyce, intern dari Hong Kong. Dia landing sekitar jam 14.10 gitu. Awalnya ga ada yang tau dia dari gate berapa, atau connection flight dari mana. Tapi untungnya kemarin ini Armanda bikin form gitu tentang arrival date and time, jadi kita bisa nyocokin jam arrival sama gatenya. Cerdas juga gue.

Koper Joyce cukup gede, dan katanya sekitar 21 kilo gitu. Kita lalu pergi ke city center buat nuker duitnya Joyce. Hmm kita ke city center dengan bawa koper Joyce yang besar itu loh hahaha. Makasih banget deh buat Eimantas dan Murilo yang bawa-bawa koper terus dari kemarin.

Sesudah beres nuker duit, kita balik lagi ke dorm. Eimantas sama Murilo kerja keras banget deh buat ngangkat koper Joyce. Terlebih karena kita harus ngelewatin hutan dulu kalo kita mau ke dorm dari bus stop (jalan di hutan jelek sih).

Di dorm, kita ga bisa ngapa-ngapain karena kita harus balik lagi ke city center dan ketemuan sama Evelina karena dia harus ngasih sim card dan kartu transportasi buat Joyce. Selain itu, kita juga mau makan malem bareng. Kita memutuskan buat makan di La Crepe. Restoran itu ada di shopping mal, dan viewnya bagus banget dari sana. Keliatan mahal banget de pokonya. Tapi ternyata engga! Tadi gue pesen pizza gitu, dan harganya cuma 5 Litas! Wow. Gue makan pizza di restoran, dan gue cuma bayar dengan 1 koin.

Nah waktu kita dinner, Evelina ngasih kartu-kartunya ke Joyce. Ga cuma itu, dia juga ngasih bendera Brazil buat Murilo. Kita bakal butuh bendera itu buat global village nanti. Tapi, kali ini timing Evelina bagus banget, soalnya Murilo emang mau nonton world cup Brazil vs Mexico sesudah itu. Dan dia kayanya bener-bener seneng sama hadiah dari Evelina itu hahaha

Hmm dorm kita ga punya koneksi internet, jadi kalo kita mau internetan, kita harus cari cafe atau coffee shop yang punya wifi. Karena kita semua harus bikin presentasi, jadi kita mutusin buat pergi ke coffee shop dan pake wifi di sana.

Di sana juga Evelina interview via skype sama orang Pakistan yang lagi sekolah di Romania. Jadi, ada intern dari Mesir yang ga jadi dateng karena masalah visa. Makanya sekarang Evelina lagi nyari intern baru buat gabung sama kita.

Kita di coffee shop itu sampe 22.45, terus kita misah. Evelina balik ke rumahnya, dan kita (gue dan Joyce) pergi dulu ke supermarket buat beli makanan buat sarapan besok. Di sana kita beli susu, yogurts, hams, roti, dan sereal. Oke, jadi gue tadi beli susu dengan merk dan design kotak yang sama dengan yang kemarin gue beli (susu yang aneh itu). Selidik punya selidik, ternyata yang kemarin gue beli itu "old" milk (Pienas), dan gue seharusnya beli susu normal (Pienas). Susah banget sih itu. Semua tulisan dalam bahasa Lithuania, dan gue ga ngerti apa-apa haha.

Setelah belanja, kita mandi, dan gue bikin presentasi gue (lagi). Lalu sekitar jam 00.30, Murilo tiba-tiba dateng (dia baru nonton bola di city center). Dia tadi bareng sama Darius (AIESECer yang tinggal di dorm yang sama kaya gue, dia tinggal di kamar 1116 katanya), dan Youssef (intern Morocco yang baru dateng jam 23.00 tadi). Jadi, sekarang udah ada 5 intern di Lithuania : gue, Wendy, Murilo, Joyce, dan Youssef. Sebentar lagi intern-intern lain bakal pada dateng. Yeahh
